These Terms govern your access to and use of the DBTempo platform operated by DBTempo Labs OÜ ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We collect account information (name, email), usage data (credit consumption, thread metadata), and anonymized query plans and schema metadata transmitted by the CLI. We do not collect raw database passwords or full source code.
We use your data to provide the service, improve our models with anonymized aggregate data, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Thread history is retained per your plan (30 days on Starter, 1 year on Pro, custom on Agency). You may export or delete at any time from settings.
We use a limited set of subprocessors for infrastructure, email, and LLM inference. A full list is available at /legal/subprocessors.
